Our Story - Charoon Thai Silk

When he founded Charoon Thai Silk in 1970, Mr. Kampon Wongtreenatrkoon, aimed for "the best silk quality" that could be found in Thailand.

His vision continues to inspire our ranges of fabric designs and qualities that can meet the market demand for each part of the world. Many of our clients are designers who create their own fabric designs. We work with them on the designs and weave those designs exclusively.

We have become one of the biggest manufacturers and exporters of Thai silk, working with clients from many parts of the world including Asia, Australia, Europe, Northern America, etc.

In the year of Thai art and handicraft (1988), we were awarded the prize of 'Outstanding Exporter' by the Thai Ministry of Commerce.

Pride in the past is carried into the future. Our aim at Charoon Thai Silk is to continue to lead the way at the forefront of Thai silk.
